Hey man, finally done with the Physique Sculpting Program and I'm very happy with the result! I'm so done with the fats I gained during college years. This is my first time to get a program and be serious on being healthy, there's something unique with the way you teach, Tanner. You're inspirational! Thanks a lot man!
I was getting fat. 3 years ago I was on my way to becoming a D1 athlete in football. I was ontop of my fitnesses and never looked better. I tore my acl and meniscus, twice, gained 30lbs and lost all my muscle. I couldn’t physically do anything and I was in college just eating crap and not working out hard. I invested into this program not expecting much. I figured it was just another YouTube workout but I was wrong. It’s my third week in and I’m already getting back to form and on track to proceed my pervious fitness peak. I wanted a workout where I don’t have to watch what I can eat, where I can still enjoy life l... this workout is it. I found out what works for my diet and what doesn’t. The only thing I restrict myself is my sugar intake and my alcohol intake. Other than that I go into the gym and lift as hard as I can. I’m already 7 lbs lighter and more defined than I was in the past 3 years.
After watching many of Tanner’s excellent YouTube videos, I knew the Barbarian Sculpting Program would be just what I needed. And it is! If you are looking for a no-nonsense exercise program to build muscle complete with detailed and clear explanations then this is it. My only regret is not discovering it sooner. I am 49 and am very pleased with my results using this program. It’s never too late to start. Thanks Tanner
Honestly, I cannot tell you how much more helpful you doing the exercises and coaching is, a lot of people just tell you what to do or show one rep, but it was easier for me to do it alongside you, thanks!
I love these dumbbell workouts bro, they help a lot seeing as I've got a pair of dumbbells at home, and sometimes I cant make it to the gym. But I always get to workout at home and watch your videos.
