Today we’ll be going through a killer full body home workout that requires only a pair of dumbbells!! This workout will hit the upper body, lower body, as well as core…let’s get into it!

Perform the whole circuit 2-3x for maximal results:
• 10x Jump Squats
• 10x Romanian Deadlifts
• 12x Hip Thrusts
• 12x Slow Push-Ups
• 15x Bent Over Rows
• 12x Uni-Lateral Arnold Presses
• 10x Shoulder Shrug Rolls
• 12x Bicep Curls
• 8x Uni-Lateral Tricep Kickbacks
• 20x Sit-Ups
