10-Minute Intense Abs Workout Routine – 4 Best Six Pack Exercises

Today I’ll be sharing with you one of the CRAZIEST and most intense abdominal workout routines I’ve ever personally done. This workout will help you to sculpt six pack abs incredibly quickly. The workout routine is extremely effective at hitting both the upper and lower abdominals; however, I did notice a SIGNIFCANT burn in my lower abs both during and after the workout (great for developing the Adonis belt/ V-Line abs).
