6 Minute Home Cardio Workout With No Equipment - Burn Fat At Home!!

Get ready to kill this home fat destroyer workout with me…all you need is your body weight (no equipment needed)! Finish the first round, and try repeating the video for a total of 2-3 rounds. Be sure to leave a comment down below and let me know how far you got!

Perform each exercise below for 20 repetitions (perform 2-3 total rounds):

Workout: • 30sec. 3 jumping Jacks + 2 Squat Jumps
• 30sec. Broad Jumps to Mini Hops
• 30sec. High Knees
• 30sec. Side to Side Squat Walk + Burpee
• 30sec. Thigh Slap Jumps
• 30sec. Knee-Up Jumps
• 30sec. Mountain Climbers
• 30sec. Hit-Its
