• 10 x Side Stretches

Workout:
• 8 x DB Bent Over Flys
• 20 x DB Rows
• 15 x DB Shrugs
• 12 x DB Clean + Press
• 12 x DB Russian Twists
• 15 x DB Crunches
• 12 x Plyo Push-Ups
• 12 x DB Floor Presses
• 10 x DB Skull Crushers
• 1 x DB 21’s
