Have you ever wondered if it’s possible to build muscle, even though you’re not feeling sore the next day or two after a workout? You vividly remember the satisfying feeling of being sore after your first few workouts, when you decided to get into, or back into working out. That soreness is often related to the effectiveness of our workouts in our minds. But what happens when we don’t get sore after a workout? Does it mean we’re not building muscle? Today, I’ll answer!
