Are you looking for the #1 best method for building bigger shoulders? This routine will allow you to do so by following one of the most important rules for shoulder growth…increasing time under tension. This routine will focus on hitting your anterior, medial and posterior head of your delts, and will have them working for a total time under tension of about 60-90 seconds per working set.
Most guys attempt to grow their shoulders by simply performing heavier sets on the overhead press. Typically, these sets only provide the shoulders with a total time under tension of about 20-30 seconds. By increasing this total time by 300% per set, we’re going to be stimulating more muscular growth than you would notice by simply performing heavier sets on the overhead press.
