Home Chest & Triceps Workout for Mass (DUMBBELLS ONLY!!). Today we’ll be going through a gruesome home chest and triceps workout that can be done with only a pair of dumbbells. Complete this full workout to add some mass those pecs and triceps! We’ll be going through 3 supersets for each muscle group. I’ll personally be using a pair of 30lb dumbbells. Goodluck!!
