Home Leg Workout Routine | Dumbbells ONLY (BRUTAL!!)

Get ready to kill this home dumbbell leg workout with me…all you need is a pair of dumbbells! We’ll be hitting our quads, hamstrings, and glutes with this BEAST workout. Be sure to leave a comment down below and let me know how far you got!

Perform each exercise below for the designated # of repetitions:

Superset (3 total sets)
• Dumbbell Front Squats (15 reps)
• Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts (15 reps)

Superset (2 sets)
• Dumbbell Front Lunges (20 reps)
• Dumbbell Swings (20 reps)
