What’s the most important aspect of achieving a killer body? What’s the underlying difference between those who succeed, and those who fail in getting a killer body? In today’s video, I’ll be sharing with you the beliefs that I’ve narrowed my vision down to, from when I first began my journey in fitness. This narrowed perspective has allowed me to exponentially speed up my result that I’m able to achieve.
Due to a lot of mainstream media, in regards to physical success, we’ve been spoon-fed this belief that fitness needs to be about slaving in the gym, and following a gruelingly strict diet. I’ve gone against the grain on those opinions, and in doing so have found a high degree of success. Is it that those beliefs are in-correct? Not entirely, but rather, are not what we should be entirely focused on in our journey to success. Today, I’ll be shedding light on the core principles we must not only focus on, but also execute on a daily basis in order to succeed.
