Do you have a home dumbbell program?

   -Not yet. This will be made in the coming months.

Can I do your LEAN Mass Building Program at home?

   -This program is designed for the gym and requires the use of machines, barbells, dumbbells and benches.

Can I do your Physique Sculpting Program at home?

  -This program is designed for the gym and requires the use of machines, barbells, dumbbells and benches.

Do you have any home workout programs?

Do you offer diet plans?

   -Yes. However, this service is only offered to members who have purchased purchased ANY of my programs.

Do you have any free courses?

Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching?

   -Not right now. Rarely I do open up this opportunity for 1-on-1 video coaching, program customization, and custom diet building; however, this isn't currently offered. This is only available as a first come, first serve basis and sells out extremely quickly.

What type of cardio do you do?

   -I prefer HIIT cardio for 10-15mins at the end of my weight training workouts. I also focus on being active and going for 30-45min walks 3-4x per week.
